Oh boy. Where to even begin with Jess+Nick? I first met Jess via email only 2 months before their wedding this past December. They had every intention to marry on October 8th, 2016 in beautiful Charleston right on the water, but Hurricane Matthew unfortunately had other plans for them. With a sudden mandatory evacuation declared in preparation of a monstrous storm, they were left with no choice but to reschedule everything they had so been looking forward to. Thankfully, most everything was able to be rescheduled for their NEW wedding date 2 months later, December 10th, including countless plane tickets for out of town guests. Everything except for their photographer, who unfortunately was unavailable in December. Lucky for me, I WAS available, and man- am I so grateful that I was. I met up with Jess+Nick for cocktails not long after we joined forces, and I knew instantly that it was meant to be (and that there would be many more cocktails together in our future). I cannot say enough wonderful things about this incredible couple, their loving friends and family, and the absolute blast we had celebrating their union that had finally come after far too many obstacles along the way. Jess+Nick- I am beyond grateful that our paths met and that I was lucky enough to not only witness such an indescribable celebration, but to document it for you to remember forever.
xoxo Amanda
