I am always telling people how important it is to me that I build a relationship with my couples that extends beyond just client+vendor. I like to build a genuine friendship and trust. Well, in this case, it has gone well beyond that. Over the past year, Mel has become one of my very best friends, which has made it all that much more special that I was the one to capture this day for them. The two of us have worked tirelessly the last few months staining wood, dying fabric, writing calligraphy signs- you name it, (we even joked that this was really OUR wedding) and to see it all come together was so rewarding. I can go into the details of how many times my heart swelled for these two, and how often my eyes filled up with tears throughout the course of this day, but I will let the photographs tell the story of how truly amazing it all was.
xoxo
